The guy I worked for was one of the most immature people you'd ever meet or see, a 6th grader has better leadership skills than he does, he was an overgrown man child. I don't need to scream or act like an assshole to convince someone to take me serious...

Besides..the work is hard enough..being an assshole makes it harder and the day longer.

I have the mentality there are no problems..only solutions.

It would obviously be nice to have another guy that knows what he's doing, but really someone that wants to drag branches and rake is good enough.

Having camaraderie is one thing, all it takes is one guy to screw up an entire crew and that guy has to go or failure will surely ensue.

Had to fire a friend of mine one time, he saw it as play time for 8 hours and not only for himself but the entire crew as well. His thinking that me being foreman was going to save him, was proven by the look on his face when I handed him his last check and a one way ticket home.

i wasnt allowed to fire anyone
only general foreman and superintendent has that power
or he would have been gone
i tried placing him anywhere i could to where he would actually do something but he would screw around most of the time

People that went to a farm store are fukking retarded. I took prescribed ivermectin for my body weight by a doctor..I don't think I needed it but I wanted to try it.

I'm not vaccinated and felt fine after 2 days of taking ivermectin
