Not my best brazing. The pipe is thick compared to the muffler. Makes for uneven heating.

Dont need to apologize for that. Looks good compared to what I did on that 350 muffy.
I gas welded it. Same problem. Muffler was way too thin for the size filler rod I was able to find. Next one I do, I'm going after a smaller diameter filler rod and probably a smaller torch tip.
Either that, or invest in a cheap tig rig.
I can run a diversion off the engine welder on the truck, but it would probably be about the same result. Not able to fine tume the heat down low enough to keep from melting the muffler.

Had to say goodbye to our pup Lucy.
Had her for 16 years.
She was the sweetest thing. Never growled at anyone I can recall, and loved every other dog she ever met.
Just wanted to play.
Gonna miss that one...

Hates everybody and everything but me, Bosslady, and my sister in laws.
She justs wants to be with us at all times. Bad separation anxiety. Probably the mini Greyhound part of the mix.
