all I saw was 455 junkOh, so you like that the reliable husky is at work while the junk 361 gets life support. 361 being a Stihl of course last time I checked.
Are the edges just folded over on the muff or are they welded somehow. Id like to open it up and remove that hacking.

What Randy said. I am a total hack as you know, so I grind the crimp all the way around then pay my friend's buddy $20 to tig it all the way around and the second deflector on.
