Everyone covets the DOVEs but don't limit your search to just those. My buddy built a mud truck with a 69 460. That thing had C8s or C9s I can't recall. He would know. Anyway, all he did was a dual plane with a double pumper and an RV type cam. That thing didn't give two fùcks if it had 33s or cut 40" boggers(the original swamp donkeys), and it revved way harder than the 70s crap I had in my Bronco.

The C8 and C9 are even earlier than the C0. Either of those heads would tickle me *s-wordless.

I'm gonna have some pickin' before the frost comes around. Little Dan @kurtz stopped by today and I had hi help move a couple things and situate the tarp on the wood pile more gooder. Have it all weighted down with jugs so as it won't get torn away by the wind. Trying to get situated before the snowballs come a flyin' our way.

WV roads beat the *s-word out of 4x4 frontend components
My 2wd Silverado is still in great shape after driving daily all year.
My 4x4 Silverado is a public safety nuisance so I don't drive it much
It needs a complete front end rebuild.

I dont believe the V-10s were spark plug launchers. Mostly the 5.4s I think.
