about 5 years ago we had to sit through 2 weeks of classes and not get paid
either we take the classes or we dont get called for work
same way if our drug tests go dead
if it goes dead we cant go to work until we take a test
we also take a drug test on every job when we start

same way if our drug tests go dead
if it goes dead we cant go to work until we take a test
we also take a drug test on every job when we start

Union tile school was the same way. Two Saturdays a month for free. Hated that chit.

its just part of it
when i started we could do alot more without being wrote up or fired but now its ignorant stuff at times
and all because some college educated whiny Dall trying to show what they are worth
just because they get a job in safety
i do things safe as possible but there are times it takes 5 times longer
the latest thing is safety glasses with foam around the edges that make it where you cant see in all directions and fog up

between that stupid *s-word and the extra money for night shift is why i want on nights when they start night shift on the outage
