Actually didn't have to bust any concrete this time. That flange was so hack even the gluing was piss poor so I was able to do a little cutting and careful prying to get the lower half of the old flange out in a few pieces and im not complaining either lol

Gary how big is your yard/driveway? You may have a hard time getting a tree service to dump logs in a typical subdivision type setting. By all means take advantage of that aspect of the service, but logistically think large dump truck for scale. I’d recommend posting a pic of the spot where you’d like the logs to be dumped. That way the tree service can decide ahead of time if it’s a good fit for all parties. I wish there were more folks asking for logs in my neck of the woods.

I will upload a picture but a skilled driver can get a tandem dump to my front yard. The grass has pretty much died from the drought so anywhere in front of the house is fine. I’ve been meaning to call around to some of the services for a while, I was surprised to see this website actually had participants in the area.

A common misconception or even just something not thought about with parts failures is the the auto manufacturers themselves don't make every part for that vehicle themselves.

You always wish you had more money to buy nicer things or more land or a bigger house or more play toys or whatever. I kind of look at it like when you get a cheat code in a video game for infinite money. You get the best of everything all customized the way you want it and then you get board with the game in an hour.

I don't want excessive income because im scared real life would turn into the video game.
