Afternoon All. Twas a good day to work from home. Spent much of the afternoon on the phone with a contractor who picked up 9 made to order specialty sign lights yesterday (after waiting patiently for them to show up, we started this job still had snow on the ground).

We ordered the right ones but none of the in place triple checks in place noticed that someone entered my order for black fixtures as bronze. Nothing like calling your customer to let them know their job will finally be done and then...

I likely would have lost my *s-word on a couple of people if I had been in the office for not catching the mistake.

Already frustrated so might as well go golfing for the first time in a couple of years...

I needed some 2x10x20 for my trailer and white pine was 15 bucks more per board than yellow pine
Which is what treated wood is but I’m not a fan of the treating they do anymore
The new system they use is pretty much a coloring without the chemicals for treating

Up here there are two types of treated lumber. The lesser type for anything not in contact with the ground then the dark green stuff that can be buried or setting on the ground.

Good Dall, just getting back from yhe Outer Banks. I love that place. Like Egg Shooter said, we got two kinds too. Dont make no sense. Just make 1 all purpose one and have done with it. Had alot of fun doing this.
