I've built this truck umteenth times on paper. Changing parts list as I went along.
Cheaper this way.

Bell housing bolt pattern is different. Need one from a 7.3 super duty. Just trying to save you some headache. Honestly only gaining granny first gear. The difference between 5th and 6th gear isn't much. Also have to run a tranny cooler for the zf6. I thought about swapping out my zf5, but not enough benefits imo. Mine is holding up to about 600 rwhp so far lol. Did break the pinion in the rear end a month ago.

Compressor lock up?

The tesioner has a hole that you can slid a 1/4" bolt in to lock it in the depressed position. Saves slot of cussing while slipping the belt on.

Real hard to find a 6.0 with a zf. Many more 7.3s with a zf.
