Was supposed to do some more stuffs at the national forest today. Was a whole little league team staying in the rooms above us last night. Little basturds made noise for hours. We called and complained to the front desk 3 times. Then they came down beat on our door and ran away at 11:30. Packed up and drove home at midnight. Got home at 3. Not a happy camper at that moment.

Good morning Ray how are you doing today
Relocated another possum to the county park. Got in a walk after letting it go. Need to mop the garage floor and a project at daughter's this afternoon. Some nice wood you cut the other day. Jarrah from your secret spot?

Mouse ate the fuel line. Sprayed fuel right IN the distributor.
I was working out of town in 2008
And bought a 91 S10 for my niece
It was in wheeling about three hour's away
It was 150.00 and in very good shape.
I changed the oil, antifreeze and thermostat at the guy's house.
It had set for many years in a garage
I filled it up and drove it two hours
And it quit I popped the hood
And the fuel line had cracked spraying everywhere draining the tank
It made that motor look new
I never smelled any fuel.
I couldn't believe it didn't catch fire
It it pumped at least 12 gallons of fuel
On that 2.5

I see folks growing *s-word_loads of sunflowers......and I wonder why. So.....why?
A few reasons here. Started because the wife like them. Then, we saw the *s-worde load of bees all over them. From the tiniest to the big fat bumbles. We started looking into it. We have way more native pollinators than Honey bees and all they need is flowers. The mites don't effect them I guess. Anyway those are the biggest reasons. The other two are birds and squirrels. They eat the daylights out of them and then the squirrels eat the heads. Just stalks left to chop and till in in fall.

Planting fields of native wild flowes helps out native bees. Cutting them all down for our yards and city building has taken a lot of their food source. I'm not preaching. Not on a soap box. Just answering. Not a tree hugging eco Nazi either but we can do something to offset other activities we practice that are damaging.

I see a few small fields full of them here. I'd say they are using them to attract bees to better pollinate the nearby crops.
