Evening ladies.
Got our project done today. Will put it back up and hopefully have it working right tomorrow morning.
Started out with this. 20 ton Yale Load King hoist/trolley.
Had a problem with the wheels driving into the side of the rails.

Found the problem. Two of the "wheel blocks" had twisted slightly during welding. Cut those loose and straightenned.

Then welded everything back, making sure they stayed in line.

Thats a fairly new model.
If I understand corre, the Load King replaces top running shelf hoists for C to heavy C class applications. Not quite a Built up. Seems fairly well made, except for the obvious QC issue there.
This customer has another of these and two 10 tons. No problems with those.

Grey water.
Laundry tub. Shower and Basin. Bath.

And GFYs.

Must be so nice to live where it never freezes. We’d have a huge mess here with exterior piping.

Interesting. All our *s-worde, literally, and water goes in the same place.

Grey water collection is starting to be a big environmental thing here. It’s already in a future building code. Grey water will be collected separately from black. Can’t see it being super efficient on a municipal level and in many areas we still have combined waste and ground water drainage systems.
