Be some good groceries about 6 this evening…sliced another spud, another half a Vidalia onion and added a handful more carrots/mushrooms to the top after I took the pic. Bottom of the crock pot loaded the same, 3lb pan-seared real quick in olive oil roast, sitting in the middle.

Well, it made it to a Sunday morning as they all do if you dont plan ahead.

Just nailed two loaded sammies on wheat with Boar’s Head sliced smoked chicken/smoked turkey/roast beef with slices of provolone, smoked gouda, and Colby jack cheese and lettuce and tomato. Throw in a few cold ones and that’ll get me to 3 o’clock or so.
