Not So Pro 3

Picked up some St Louis Style spare ribs. Thats gonna be dinner tomorrow. Anyone wanna throw some hints or favorite tips at me?

I tend to use the 3-2-1 method for ribs and it hasn’t failed me yet. I don’t know if it’s just a WSM thing or if it works on a pellet pooper too. I’ve found lots of great tips and recipes on YouTube.

Tank in my truck pulled. Pleased to see a spotless tank with some nice clean home brew diesel in it. Pump screen was plugged with rust cause of all problems. None of my tanks are metal so they came from the gas stations with their 30 micron filter passing all that trash. Straight up rust flakes!

I’m gonna go ahead and put the fass in being that everything becomes serviceable outside the tank after. I’ll give my custom filter system to someone who wants a filter upgrade

Morning ya wankers. Its 35°. Patches of light frost. Hopefully it missed all the gardens because we were unaware. Can't trust the guessers.

It looks to be a beast. But I could buy 3 9010s for a the price of that
