Picked up some St Louis Style spare ribs. Thats gonna be dinner tomorrow. Anyone wanna throw some hints or favorite tips at me?
I tend to use the 3-2-1 method for ribs and it hasn’t failed me yet. I don’t know if it’s just a WSM thing or if it works on a pellet pooper too. I’ve found lots of great tips and recipes on YouTube.
