Just occupying my time getting random stuff done around the house.

Rain... nutin but needed rain.

All time record low daytime high temps today and tomorrow.
Cold damp and dank. House just hit 70F inside. Ocean is 60F. Seafront blowing in hard.
Might do a burn tonight. Never lit my stove this late in May.
Temp just made 50F here. Tomorrows high is posted at 52F with NW winds coming tonight.

I was building 200Ts without the base gasket but went to having them cut 15-20.
Still running 51813 on the base gasket delete builds. Is this Blue stuffs better or what's the plus?
It's just an apta Kenny. I'm not home to snap pics.

I need one cause I really do still suck at tossing that bag.

My tater gun is a pia to reload and won't handle propane shots. Already wasted two base plugs, cracked those pups and spit them out.

Fück that noise. I ain't got time to screw around with that $hit. I just hit the easy button and bought the apta. It's been flawless for the last 3 years.

I've only used Hylomar Blue because free from work. Anyway else notice how cold it is to the touch? Must be some evaporation thing going on.

Picked up some St Louis Style spare ribs. Thats gonna be dinner tomorrow. Anyone wanna throw some hints or favorite tips at me?
I have several more places to stop at this weekend
Had roast chicken and beef today at my friends place.
Tommorow ribs and steak at another friends
Monday will be absolutely disgusting

I was hoping to get a GX4 but nobody has any here.

I'm not too familiar with St Louis style.

But....

I lay out my ribs in a deep pan, use red pepper flakes, garlic powder, black pepper, kosher salt, etc to coat them with. Then add a little water to the pan, cover and let set in the fridge overnight.

Then bake on 350 till nearly falling off the bone. Let cool long enough to sturdy up, then throw em on the grill with your favorite sauce and carmelize....

Directions say to allow solvent to evaporate before assembling. I'd say your theory is spot on.
