Well, where the hell ya heading?

Panama City Beach (I'm not sure why it's not Alabama), Florida.

Spent over an hour stuck in traffic due to construction and a wreck on I24 west of Paducah Kentucky in the peoples republic of Illinois..

Nope. Plenty of fuel.
Spark looks weak. I'll go through the points and make sure all of the grounds are good tomorrow. Rain is back.

Stuck float from running MT would make too much fuel on one cylinder usually but 2 cylinders on that motor that has 2 carbs 4 cylinder and would show it a very Fowled plugs. But a weak spark will be equal weak sparks and all plugs fouled if it was the points. Could be on to something with that old wiring harness too. I’m sure you will figure it out.
