First of two 5 lb, spatchcocked yardbirds in the Ninja indoor grill...brined these birds earlier for about six hours. In 40-45 mins they’re done in the Ninja...use the meat probe, set internal temp to 170, crank it up and walk away. Sides...roasted brussel sprouts with bacon, whole kernel and cream-style corn mix, King’s Hawaiian rolls.

Took a little road trip today to see the wife’s family and stopped on the way at the place we met 16 years ago when my band was playing at this little *s-word hole. Our reflections in the glass are kinda creepy looking into the past.

Afternoon fappers!
Rain stopped.
Worked on the boat motor.
Set timing etc.
Had one stripped plug hole. New insert fixed that.
Fired up and adjusted carbs. Ran as it should have.
Pulled the fuel tank connector and let it run dry.
Decided to fire it back up a few minutes ago. Now it's acting all *f-wordey.
Timing is still where I set it.
WTF?
