Looking good Brad. To bad you can't insulate the floor as well then cover it. Maybe marine grade spar polyurethane the wood first? Insulation then something to cover it. Our Intech camper has a plastic like "cardboard", for lack of a better term, to seal the bottom. Its between the aluminum frame and floor.

The floor is getting insulated Steve. I was originally going to lay 1" stringers inside the trailer and lay the insulation down on the floor and then floor over it, but the trailer is vertically challenged inside. Just the standard 71.5ish vertical inches to the bare ceiling rafters.

Sew the way around that is to seal that bare wood underneath. Then insulate the panels and probably paint with undercoat or truck bed liner. Saves about 1.5 vertical inches inside the camper. If everything works out to plan I won't have to hunch over to walk inside.

Yep. Over all I'm pretty impressed with the build quality of the trailer. Everything has been straight and true with decent welds. However, they did do some terrible trailer manufacturing "stuff" like use cheap crimp on electrical fasteners and leaving that wood bare. I realize it's supposed to be marine grade ply but seriously that $hits still going to rot out in a heartbeat in our humidity.

Here's some sunday morning food porn for you falkers... This is what we use all that delicious maple syrup on. Sunday morning pancakes.

The wife and boy like sausage crumbles and my daughter likes em with mini chocolate chips. I usually make up a huge mess of em and freeze the leftovers. For convenient use later.

Had wondered about that. I've never used the stuff before. Where do you buy it? How easy is it to apply? What's clean up like? How durable is it? Would a coat of bedliner still be needed? I also wondered how easy it would be to shoot the $hit on under the trailer. I had it lifted up about as far as the dingo would raise it.

Go on vista print and make yourself up 500 business cards. If your clients are happy with your work ask them if they'd like a few cards to pass on to friends and family. That's the only way I advertise anymore. I'm currently booked up 6 weeks out.
Sounds like a great idea Brad
