Hell Yeah!! The traditional Maori way of cooking is in a Hangi. Hot rocks in a hole in the ground. Meat and veg wrapped in leaves popped into hole in a large basket. Water added then covered to steam. Stuffing has become a regular add to that meat and veg mix....DeRishus.
