What's the brown stuff at 9 oclock on the plate Gaz?
That would bread stuffing with some gravy drizzles over top. I believe called “stuffing “ as it used to be cooked inside the cavity of the bird. Now almost always cooked separately especially if the bird is on the grill or smoker.
