Don't know if this is useful to you or not, when Gunther was ailing the Vet here had me cook white rice and beef hamburger mixture for him to eat until he was well again.

I am aware of white rice but did not know about beef hamburger.
Did Gunther also have pancreatitis when you were at the vet?
The problem when there is inflammation in that gland is that all of the intake gives them a lot of pain.

The problem when there is inflammation in that gland is that all of the intake gives them a lot of pain.
We did the rice with Dan. And the vet had us feed him green beans when his system was jacked up.

When Thea was having some stomach troubles our vet told us to change food. Now she eats a Potato /Duck blend of kibble. Both are supposed to be of the easiest things for dogs to digest with the fewest allergies.

No, he was deathly sick from tic repellent treatment.
