Never. I live in the best place on earth !!!!!

At least it's clean.

Best part? Gm said take the pan off, remove the pump and check the idler.
After doing so, there is no idler visible.
When I asked for clarification, I was told idler is not visible and to just replace the stator support as the idler is part of it and not serviceable...

Correct.
One of the most frustrating aspects of it is the manufacturer acts as if us fools out in the field with the wrenches are on a totally different team and at times can't help but feel like they are intentionally misleading us just for their own amusement.

Remember the Yukon from a little while back that would kill the battery and pop a ton of warning messages on the cluster whenever it felt like it?
When I was dealing with that, technical assistance was telling me there were no other cases like it.
One week after I put the BCM in it and sent it, GM issued a technical bulletin on that very issue. They don't issue a bulletin off of one case....

It's the bean counters Ed. They see you guys as a minus symbol to the bottom line. An enemy of the stockholders. Bean counters are as necessary as the guys with the wrenches, but the two are at odds with each other. Like lawyers, they are only useful to the folks who pay em. You guys on the other hand are useful to the customer and the company. They just have yet to understand how important that really is in the grand scheme of things.

I lease a pretty good sized piece of ground, and worry about the impact of the improvements I've done. Will the landowner raise the price of my lease? Or sell now that its worth more? My brother and I are talking about buying it....him really. As an investment. He buys it, leases it to me until I'm too old to want to use it, then he can sell it for a much better price because of the improvements he didn't have to pay for.

I would’ve gotten the better mower but a cheaper blower.
It depends a bit on ......several factors,
I also own a Honda lawn mower, do not use it, I have become accustomed to all the weeds.

Never bought or used a blower, the rotten leaf around the house wall gives a wonderful aroma. There are pros and cons to this, I can not feel the stench of a dead rat since I already have a natural decay process around the walls.

Of course companies owned by shareholders are well aware of design flaws and when presented a cash call to make a design change they say well I’m selling my shares next quarter so I don’t care. Then the process begins with the next shareholders trying to make a buck:facepalm:

Just like Facebook...
See above to Randalls post.

They ruined Craigslist to shove adds down your throat constantly and harvest or mine information to sell by controlling everything on a cell phone through their apps. You don't pay Boost when asked and they delete your adds as your typing them up in the, fill in the blocks, format, *f-worded it is.

The end user and it's associates are not even a consideration in the process. Lining pockets is the bottom line to gain more power, period.
Money is power.
Rant done.

After noon bishes

Your a great mechanic so to the board members, pick a manufacturer, your just a stupid grease monkey till this day and always will be to them. Now despite the fact you can diagnose, repair, update or rebuild anything they might own this will always be the mentality of many corporate "educated professional business people."

Hope that wasn't to political for some delicate sensors or is that senses, cents?... hum... bwaaaa

In my country we can only lease for a maximum of 10 years.
I reckon you have a contract of x number of years with the owner of the land, Randy.
If the contract begins to come to an end, it is economic madness to renovate another man's farmland, then you should harvest and not cultivate.

What mower would you have gotten?
You said you got the base model without the extra features. I would’ve gotten the one with the extra feature that you’d probably use instead of the blower that will blow a house off the foundation. But thats just me, nice mowers though.
