Morning Dave I would hate to see the bill for this fiasco.
Plumber will be 3 visits after he installs the unit along with the electrical .I have been there twice including the demolition of last weeks duct .Then there’s the plastering and painting

Nephew was on here
He has a ton of good stories dealing with customers.
One guy screaming mad wanted a 1000.00 commercial hot water tank placed in the ceiling of a Salon.
Problem was it wasn't framed for it
And the rafters were too close together.
So after hour's of trying to get the guy to listen and the boss screaming.
My nephew took a sledgehammer to it
And flattened both sides and forced
It through the rafters
Ran pex hooked it up pressure tested it and left.

you should clean the rust off the terminal for the guy
