Jazz fest is more my speed.

I fell I love with that place when I got to perform there in high school honor Jazz band. Those pros sure did make us look like amateurs. The college groups were my favorite.

It would be like locking the barn after the horses are gone. I don’t want to make light of the situation down South. It is terrifying to hear what is happening. We are used to and prepared and so are you, Texas and Louisiana certainly aren’t as prepared as we are. I could imagine living through some of the stories I am hearing.

One of the players on our football team lives in Houston during the off season. It started as fun for them, was tweeting working out in the snow as preseason prep. I heard this afternoon their power went out Sunday, they have 3 kids under 7 yrs old. Have been going out and running the car to warm up and try and find a place open with some food.

All jokes aside it is a serious situation and they deserve all the thoughts and prayers we can spare.
