The input drums are also a weak spotBeen in a bunch of them, but its been a while and all were stock rebuilds/repair.
Sun shell is a weak spot, servo and sprag can all be bettered with quality parts though.
How much hp are you planning to throw at it?
I'd be ok with up to 500hp in front of one with good parts inside it, quality torque converter and a good/large cooler.
Looks good, real good mate. Not intending to back it hard up against anything?
The planet carriers and one way clutches don’t hold much hotrod torque. The input drum also needs to be upgraded. I’d say big tires are 4x4 with a stroker 500hp is too much for a 4l60 all doable. But by the time you upgraded that. Kinda wish you had a 4l80 to startBeen in a bunch of them, but its been a while and all were stock rebuilds/repair.
