What in the Sam hill is a "Chili Bowl prceeding"? Last week my wife and I made a big pot when they called for snow. We proceeded to put a little cheese
on top of our bowls, some black pepper, maybe a dash or 2 of hot sauce on mine (maw is not a fan of hot sauce). Then we proceeded to put them down
the gullet. Does this bear any resemblance to what you speak of??

Black and Decker was trying to make them ever cheaper, and boy did they succeed.

Yep. They tried to keep up with Chinese price point equipment instead of focusing on quality. Still cant believe what they did to the #1 brand of saw in the US.
