Ever see the needle/slide hammer contraption they use to do a bone biopsy? My wife had one done twice. Said no fuggin way it would ever happen again.

Ex works in medical labs. I always hated needles when I got stuck with them when I was a kid. They're so much more advanced now. Micro serrated like shark's teeth or a skeeter peeter.

I mean it, the fasting and no coffee. Is worse than the needles themselves. Try to drink lots of water so that you are hydrated, makes it easier to find the vein.

Last time I needed tests they tried both arms and finally settled on the back of my hand, didn’t hurt or bleed, just a bit uncomfortable. Not prostrate exam uncomfortable more like raspberry seed in your teeth annoying.
