Well with this usps *s-wordstorm going on and my needed tractor part floating around outer space somewhere, the seller (Zack Kerber machine) graciously offered me a deal to send another part free of charge but UPS this time with the deal being I send him the original part back if or when it shows up. I shook the man's hand over email and definitely accepted the deal.

the sellers know what is going on with the usps and may start changing carriers

Got it warm out here.
Getting packed up to head to Tennessee tomorrow morning.
