If you ever get to this side of town there is a Primani’s right off of I-96 in NoviSounds excellent. I like pulled pork sammiches with creamy slaw. I'm forking hungry.

Absolutely on the brine thing...didn’t do it to this one though. Seasoned it overnight before it went on. Fat cap up on this one, gonna lay a zig-zag bead of mustard across the top in a few hours...adds the perfect taste to the bark.They got their money's worth out of them.
