I wished there was a cast iron at my buddies house, but I didn’t wanna drive back and get mine (maybe I can get him one for Christmas). I seasoned it with salt and fresh ground pepper. I also put 4 tablespoons of garlic butter on each steak afterwards. Some might argue that’s too much butter, but I think that’s not possible

By him a Lodge skillet, I think that the only American made item left that Walmart sells.
