Took some time off from paid tree werk to help a friend with... you guessed it....Tree werk! Anyway I got some instant karma for helping out. When I pulled up at their house there was 3 bags of this Lizzari mesquite lump charcoal laying on the side of the road.20201114_165026.jpg It was there at the end of the day when it was time to go home so I helped the neighbor load a bag in his truck and brought the other 2 40# bags home. Fitting fuel for tonight's steaks20201114_165105.jpg

combo filing jig. A couple different brands but same jig. He got it from @dall so it's the Stihl one. Pferd also makes it. Both around $30. Lot of guys like 'em.
Tim really knows his chain stuff! I’ve not used that jig but with some coaching from Tim I was able to get the hang of hand filing finally!

What's your cocktail on the diesel? Most of it doesn't play nice with 7.3 injectors though.
7.3 injectors are a lot tougher than mine. My stuff is cleaner than what you buy at the pump. Every batch is different depending on how much gear lube/trans fluid/used engine oil I get but somewhere between 75/25 and 80/20 oil gasoline. I have to check specific gravity, viscosity and several stages of settling and filtering as well as polishing then cooking out the alKane’s. 200degF does it to still yield a 170deg flash point that you check after unfortunately but once you get the hang of it. The process goes fast. I’ve been doing it for about 8 years
