So......somehow I've hurt my back badly. I can barely stand to bend to sit down. It first started a couple of days ago after I crawled around behind my buddy Rudy's dryer. It's gotten worse.....and then a little worse. Now I'm feeling sorta *frenched.

Ibuprofen, ice, and time are what settles mine down. Gotta get the inflammation down before it can heal

As a man who intently studies our political system, I can tell you that our nation is completely awash in disinformation and media bias.

It's reached a point where we are a nation of brainwashed lemmings who are incapable of rational thinking.

The misinformation is purposely spread so that people won't know which way is up. We're also being sold a number of cons, like not withholding Social Security tax from people's pay checks right now.

It's merely a way to buy votes - it doesn't help the average American and those taxes will have to be paid back in 2021, which means people's paychecks will be a lot smaller starting in January, when they
really need the money, because everyone will be paying double the contributions (except for the self-employed). We're being sold a bill of goods on several fronts by both parties.

If you can no way get close to being able to touching your toes, the muscles in your legs and lower back are too tight. Heat, plenty of water and potassium and calcium will help. Ibuprofen as much as needed to help from tensing up more from pain. And relax, I mean truly relax. Then slowly stretch your legs for at least 20 second intervals. Once the muscles have loosened up and you have relaxed the back will go into place automatically.

Sore lower back pains suck. I get them sometimes and they shoot right down my leg. Stiff necks suck too... A few weeks ago I turned my head to sneeze and something in my neck popped about damn near crippled myself. My head sat crooked and I couldn’t turn my head and either direction for about three days

My gay cousin was always complaining about his back pain at family gtgs. When he and his partner split he stopped complaining about it. Hew might want to consider laying off anal for awhile. If that doesn't work try whut Steve said.
