Good Evening Todd. Got daughter's front deck stained yesterday. Putting the gutter downspout and chairs back in place today. If it wasn't done this warm weekend it would have to wait for spring. Tree leaves are showing some color. Awesome time of the year.

Really good actually looks like work is going to move a little faster than I first thought.I got a phone call today from the second biggest builder over here today asking me if I wanted to do there maintenance work as I came highly recommended to him .I will be working on established housed for them, repairing cracks and chipped external bricks. One of my mates has just scored a job as a supervisor for their new homes division .
