I actually think they are solid saws for what they are. I just find it comical when that's the answer to the question is it a husky, stihl, or echo. I guess according to spacebus that makes me a bad person. Idk how I will live with myself.

I muffler mod and advance every 290 that comes through. Guys think I do more work to them than I actually do to make them run so much better. LoL

Probably fix a dozen or so a year. Popular is an understatement.

I still have a brand new oem 390 jug and a cross pop up piston i was going to put on one of my 290's but I sold em all to locals

To a frost free spigot

He's replaced the spigot twice
Pex no leaks.
