Pro Tip: we empty the bag into a much easier, more user friendly air tight container. Less mess and waste scooping the powder.

For those of you "on the powder" does it change the taste of the coffee/tea at all? Have you noticed any other health changes other than increased alertness? I must have missed the original conversation on this stuff, I am now curious.

Flavor of the coffee is altered a bit - but just tastes bolder. I follow the recommendation of only 1 scoop and place that in 1 cup of coffee to start the day.

I'm stealing this idea as well. That scoop and the ensuing mess on the counter is irritating. I cut the last inch of the scoop handle off so the damn bag would close haha

I've noticed no other health changes. It does give the coffee a bit of a nutty/smoky flavor, and is best mixed in and drank while the coffee is hot.

I think in coffee or tea, something already bitter, you wouldn't notice much. I don't drink either, so it made a drastic difference in the slightly sweet stuff I use to caffinate. I didn't notice much difference, but we have foraged wild mushrooms regularly in our diet.

Same food stuffs are not always available across the border, the one I ordered is a 7 shrooom blend and had decent reviews. $15 for about 4oz or powder to test it out.
