Damn air conditioner/heat pump WTF ever it is still aint workin.
Thought it was the thermostat. One of them "smart" ones.
Went and got a new one. Still nuffin. Got 24 volts at the wires on thermostat. I made like Aint Bea and called the man.

Ya check the fuse? Breaker? Disconnect outside? Ours had a mouse get in it and pop a big capacitor two winters ago. In the unit itself. The man fixed it. It took out a fuse in the furnace too. It was 15° that day. Heated with the gas oven a few hours till he could get here.

Dont remember. Probably 6 or 7 on the unit. Less than a year on thermostat.

Thermostats not telling it to.
Compressor and both fans come on if you jump the coils out, so those are good. Its gonna be either control card in unit, control cable from unit to thermostat, or thermostat. I'm leaning toward control card right now.

does it have a indicator light flashing ?
