I have whirlpool from 2009
Maytag washer bought in 85, ZERO repairs yet,
Whirlpool drier, bought in 86, replaced the drum wheels some 15 or so years ago, it's close to be needing them replaced again. My cost for parts about $14

Man has my productivity gone to the dogs. I had no idea I had so many bearings that needed annual inspection. I may have to sell some things.

notice @Mastermind didnt say what was wrong with his chevy
My '88 k1500 has a flat lobe on the cam, a head gasket in need of replacement on passenger bank, would be cylinder 4 on a ford. Not sure on the 3 fitty. An intermittent drain on the battery, and a radio that works when it feels like it. Other than that it is fine.

I still like fe blocks, dad had a 74 ford 390 4bbl with 4:11 posi rear he bought new when he was building the house. Thing liked gas but he had like 240,000 on it when the frame gave up. Motor went in a neighbors truck after that and I have no idea the miles at death.
I've got a 390 in my 76 truck just turned over 106,000 last week
