Youre going to need sleeves for those pins to go to cat two for your quick hitch, probably need a stop as wide as that pin is too. Exact same thing im having to figure out. Heres the ones for implements that have a bolted on pin sticking out.

The technical bit is
Scientific name: Laetiporus
One of few names that makes sense to me

Order: polyporales or some say pollypours as it sounds. Not sure in the spelling there they differ on who you ask.

Several different ones but only two in my forage areas. Very good healthy eats for most people. Some get bad gas like any other food really. Few allergies like other foods. They all and any any mushroom can give one individual the *s-words lol.

Common name is chicken of the woods or sulfur shelf mushroom.

Parasitic and sapritrofic. These flush is the third big one on this tree. It is dead now. Red oak with the bark peeling.

My last decent pic from this week.

Interesting and intimidating food and medicinal meds right under your feet.
Mycelium is even more interesting imo.
Some of these wild mushrooms will wreck your liver and kill you in about a week.
Food for thought

Edited: for horrible spelling so don't quote me

This explains ALOT
