When you leave the uniformed services you have to have an exit physical done by the VA if you have any service related disabilitiesi was told to have a lawyer from the beginning
the thing is like steve said if male you have no chance
my brother in laws sister got it because she had covid and was on respirator
well maybe that was because her 500 pound ass has hard enough time breathing without being sick
she got it first try
i have ct scans xrays mri results going back 2 years and even that proof and drs diagnosis they *f-word me around
So you get that done and the doctor says "yup, legitimate 100% disability" and it takes 2 years after that to process the determination?
You can't tell me that at least SOME of that delay is lazyass federal workers dragging their heels and turning a days worth of work into a months worth of work to ensure they have enough to do to keep their job
