If you talk about Ukraine support, we all put a lot of money into it.
I think most of it has been made public too, not only the sums from the US but also European countries.

What has played its role is the veto right some countries have in the UN's security panel.

Not really cutting here either, more like a trim while mulching leaves in. And I'm hoping we're done with that for this season.
I refuse to rake leaves and dispose of them from the homestead.
Elsewhere they get put into a pile and composted on-site, and then reused.

I'm going to write this, and I'm also going to stop talking about world politics.

I think Ukraine is going to lose the war in the long run against Russia if we stop supporting them, I think Russia is going to supply North Korea with military technology (the soldiers that North Korea has sent are there in a swap deal), we can give up Ukraine's fight, but there are other nations with military capacity and resources who think, so simple if we just drive on. Then I think of China.

And then the Russians can, yes, help Iran with its nuclear program.

If the world only gets enough cynical crazy leaders with military capacity, the world will become a very much worse place to live in, where money means very little!

Sounds like corruption to me

its because like many other countries they have a parliamentary system, where there are enough viable political prties that its rare to get a majority, so they have to form a “coalition”. olaf shultz fired his finance minister, who was from another party, and so the coalition collapsed and he no longer has that majority. same thing went on in france recently. its very common.

Oh, didn't see it until now, and I wasn't going to talk more about world politics. In that sense, this is not politics but just information about Germany.
Chancellor Schultz fired the finance minister and with that lost one of the parties that made them a majority, ergo, the government in Germany is in the minority. It has nothing to do with Trump winning the election in the US.
So in order to have a governing government, they had to call new elections as there is no solution to get a majority government.
