Hey doods. Good day so far, cut 5 black walnut trees down, and didn’t charge them for removal so long as I got to keep the logs. Turned the logs in to the mill a bit ago and averaged $3/bd ft, with just over 500 bd ft on the trailer.

Heading out to put up Vote for Me signs around town. Then to the fire station to finish our annual hose testing (no Dall, not that!) so the insurance is happy.

Its been rough this past year. Lost my dad. So dealing with that the past few months. Plus work is slow so its just been a chittt year.

I was going through some other threads and see you have been going through a storm. I will send some prayers your way.

Evening slackers. One of our bigger commercial customers at the parts store had their shop burn down this evening. Place is probably only 300 yards from my house as the crow flies. Fortunately no one was inside, business was closed at the time. But the building is probably a total loss. The owner is kind of a douchebag but I hate to see it happen to anyone.

I havent done anything to the Chevelle in months. Been working on a jeep for the past year or so. Going to do a 5.3 swap with SM465/dana300 twin stick. I picked up a dana 60 and dana 70 today so going to ditch the dana 44’s I built. Want everything ready to swap in before i tear it down though. I don't want to blow it apart then have it just setting like the Chevelle.

Fortunately no one was inside, business was closed at the time. But the building is probably a total loss. The owner is kind of a douchebag but I hate to see it happen to anyone.

We had that happen not to far from here, an Army Surplus store was torched by an arsonist, took it to the ground. Luckily it happened after-hours and nobody was inside.
