Reminds me of when I was younger, my parents used to own a duplex they rented out. It was an older house and the copper pipe kept getting pinholes in it, bit by bit. Probably electrolysis. Anyways, tentant would call at 8 or 9pm on a weekday to report a leak and my Dad and I would be going over there, busting the ceiling or wall open to find it, then cutting and soldering pipes till 11 or midnight. Then I'd be practically asleep in school the whole next day.
