Holds it wide open and completely avoids the 2 acre field i have for him to practice on

He did manage to clear the 8ft bank and jump the ditch
He landed on his feet
I was impressed

He's been riding a couple hours now
No blood yet
But I'm taking him on paved roads next.

So much for final inspection… the mounting surfaces on these parts have to be flat to seal against a mating part. Drawing calls out 0.005” flatness tolerance across the face. This is totally doable with a post-welding machining step. Shop said, “they looked fine so I sent them.”View attachment 430213

Evening slackers. MRI results slow the meniscus is looking really good. However there is a cyst from a leak in the meniscus. He is not jumping into anything at the moment and wants to see how working on more muscle building goes and if the cyst will be helped from that. Another appointment in four weeks. He did change my restrictions to see how that goes.

I remember back in 2002-03 when OSB was hovering around $4 a sheet, then it jumped up over $8 a sheet and they (lumber yards) blamed it on some hurricane that hit the gulf coast, and the demand down on the gulf was strong for new building materials, so the price almost doubled over night, all the local builders were ranting & raving over the price change. #thegoodoledays
