Got us some lodging booked for next weekend. Friday, and Saturday night both. We'll be staying in Chimney Rock, NC.

Came through Memphis on a flight a few years back. There was a medical emergency in the front of the plane.
Those of us behind that emergency had to wait for them to get the patient off. Missed my connector so I had
a 2 hour layover. Elvis was certainly in the house -- he was on every T shirt, coffee mug and much more
I did have some decent BBQ in one place in the air port. The only thing good about the wait. Got home around
11pm that night.

The 2 biggest vanished end of August.
Next biggest end of September.
I'm still getting pics of a nice 10, but only when dark.
They should be starting to chase here soon so hopefully they start moving more during daylight looking for does.
Im off Oct 29th and dont go back until November 9th. Then off the 12th and 13th again...

Maybe in the eyes of some.
95% of the deer I see dont cross in front of my trail cameras. Deer tend to do deer *s-word because they are deer. Never know when one will show up.
Plus, I enjoy being in the stand and seeing some cool stuff not normally seen in every day life.
A little while ago I watched a grouse try to perch on a twig barely large enough to hold a sparrow. That in itself was quite amusing.
