Sun came out for an hour or so....Decided to take the dog for walk... Thunderstorms rolled in about the time we got out the door.
It's pretty rare to have heavy rain much less hear thunder here on the south Kenai Peninsula.

Good. Getting ready for Firewood Hoarders Club GTG this weekend. Kathy was supposed to have knee surgery Wednesday but it got pushed back a week. So i can go away for the whole weekend. Cutting board is all finished and ready for Scotty and Joe's raffle. I'm Grafton slacking right now.

Had a house and a building lot in Homer for a while but let our son and his partner live in it because she was expecting and living in a dry cabin out by Fritz Creek

We never spent a single night in that house after we bought it because they moved in the day we closed and that was the end of that

We ended up selling it to the mother of our granddaughters and sold the building lot as well

We go down now and then to visit

Morning guys, another rainy day, suppose to start drying up Wednesday, had a work order get canceled so got the day off, gonna work on the scrap bin 650 today.

@Mastermind . When you used to frame roofs did you step off the rafters with a framing square or use a calculator to get line lengths? Lot's of overworked brains here this morning

I've done it both ways. You can simply measure a single step and multiply by the whole feet in the run, then add the inches and factions with the square. That's the quickest way I've found.
