A buddy’s son has raced his but had to be on trailer to get there

Get to a point to where everything breaks besides the motor. Fug that already broke a rear end and transmission. Motor I just finished building but gonna keep it turned down.

Got the little snowblower running. Perfect piston and cylinder.
Some doufass slid the carb float shutoff tab between the wires from the needle.
The baffle inside the muffler had fractured with a piece blocking the exhaust outlet on occasion.

It runs now, but it's loud.

Those little engines are great! Toro really had something with those PowerLite’s. I had the 6.5hp version at one point, but sold it for big $$ right before a snowstorm.

I love the Powerlite snowblowers. I can’t kill mine and it moves snow it has no business moving.

I put a $12 China carb from Amazon on this past fall and it ran like a champ all winter.

Chebby motors have so many interchangeable parts because they HOPE youll finally find a combo that works as good as what Ferd engineered to work right in the first place.
They finally stopped playing with Legos when they came out with the 5.3 etc i guess.
