Right side doesn't look too bad. On the drivers side try loosening the lower fender bolt, jack the truck up at/near the front bumper, tighten bolt before dropping the truck back down.

Bushings are good....same size from side to side. No rust in the core support at the bushings either.

Check the front cab supports, they tend to rust out.

Cab mounts are solid. We fixed some rust, but it was only along the edge of the floor, and on cab corner.
