I've never used their stuff, but the most I will spend is on Wera, Park Tool, Knipex, Fiskars, and other German and European tools. Most of my other stuff is Harbor Freight. I am especially not going to buy any Snap-off now that they are using e-girls to market their overpriced junk.

I don't see much of a difference between the two though...

I know my dad @dall will probably attack me and start a flame war over this post...
We were talking about Briggs and strap on but since we’re on harbor freight vs snap on as far as your trained eye not seeing a difference I guarantee there is. Snap on is definitely made out of a high quality tool steel and is definitely stronger and better but is it worth what they charge that’s up for debate but probably not. The best of harbor freight’s tools aren’t bad and though they like to compare themselves to snap on they aren’t and I definitely do own some of them. I don’t even have any used snap on much because everyone wants good money for used stuff because it’s so expensive new and when your buying it your buying the tool, paying for the dealer and his truck and enough extra for them to replace the one you broke a few times. They only hope the amount of money you paid will cover the costs of giving you a replacement when one breaks so it doesn’t cost them any money.

I really like my older Briggs and Stratton engines. I rarely use Snap-On.

What does that mean?
I said it cause people started talking about Briggs and Stratton. It sounds similar to the actual name and is funny cause the newer ones are not very good. They break and people scrap em’.

I'm still not convinced that @sawmikaze was talking about Briggs & Stratton, when he asked what happened to strap-on.

But thanks for the dissertation on handy tools.

No sir, closing in on 40. Why do you ask?
Because we seem to be being invaded by teens and pre-teens. The short version is people here are sceptical of new people due to past history. Seems there were some trouble makers here in the past, and they got banned, and whenever someone comes in right after someone goes out, well, you do the math.
