It's just plain crappy wire Tim. This hasn't seen light of day since it was assembled and that wire is under tape and loom. Whatever mud hut the harnesses are assembled in is where they are getting screwed up.

I blame the Indonesian 12 year olds.

The kids truck has dead short in the turn signal circuit. One headlight parted ways with the truck in the crash and pulled the connector off, now it blows the fuse immediately. Does it on both left and right. We ordered a cheap tracer off Amazon I hope it works. It will save a lot of BS I think.

Sometimes that can be easier though because you can ohm from a module in each direction of the data circuits and you should get the terminating resistor measurement. It at least points a direction.
We have high speed, low speed, the most network is a fućking nightmare at times and used on the infotainment stuff. Local interconnect, etc.. probably same type of data circuits you use.

Yes, prolly the same high and low circuits with two 120 ohm resistors. Main problem is isolating can circuits between 8-10 controllers. As you have to disconnect each one individually to help isolate a controller, wire,resistor, or multi junction connector melt down. But hey it keeps ya thinking. Just have days where my grey beard is a little more greyer. Had the spell out the grey word for some on here.
