Something for extra turbulence just pre cat converter? Could be EPA related in so many ways. And what a potential power robber unless a small turbo motor.

Yesterday afternoon we got into my Yukon to go to eat. We drove 100 yards then it shut off.
Refused to restart so we called for a tow. Thing has only 8K on it.
Just before the wrecker got there i got it started but the check engine light is now on.

I want a 70s era truck!

Morning men and use to be men. Pt gave me another exercise to do. Did a good set of everything at pt as well. On my third set of knee bends they checked progress an I’m at 85 degrees. Things are going well but I’m sore and have a decent amount of swelling now. Elevation and ice till after lunch. Then back to exercising. Don’t pull it to hard today

Outlet of the particulate filter, the nitrogen oxides catalytic converter bolts to it.

I'm no engineer, but if I was I'd call it the uni-dierctional exhaust particulate schwomping valve.

I thought maybe that was the turbo encabulator.
