I think Peart is incredible on drums, I just can't get behind Rush as a band though. I realize they are a Canadian icon and by birthright I am supposed to love them but I just can't do it. Something about Geddy Lee's voice...

Rush was a running joke amongst my group of friends in high school. At 17 years old we could not comprehend the bizarreness of it. Their songs are just so damn weird, Geddy Lee's voice is weird. I still chuckle when I hear Tom Sawyer or Spirit of the Radio.
