In October I entered a chili cook off at work, I made one with smoked pulled pork and back strap. No chili powder, just a pepper base. It's really good. A nurse in our medical department won it with a white chili that was absolutely delicious. I'm trying the recipe tonight with some smoked chicken I had in the freezer. The recipe looks solid.

This is all she gave me. You'll have to wing it on the proportions. I did not know a "white chili spice packet" existed. I used around a cup and a half of sour cream to get it where I thought it needed to be. Sour cream is what makes it different from others I've tried.
